We specialize in producing Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS), an essential raw material widely used in industries such as tire manufacturing, automotive parts, conveyor belts, and footwear. Our RSS is crafted from unsmoked sheets collected from local farmers, ensuring sustainability and community support.
Through meticulous cleaning, controlled drying, and precision smoking at consistent temperatures, we achieve transparent, impurity-free sheets. These are carefully inspected and classified into five grades—RSS1 to RSS5—based on purity, elasticity, and color, adhering to international quality standards.
Our packaging solutions, including bales, shrink wraps, and metal pallets, are designed to optimize transport while protecting the product. With eco-conscious practices and dedication to quality, we strive to deliver trusted solutions to our global partners.
